Your credit card and order information is sent through a secure server that encrypts the information for the most secure ordering possible. RETURNS: All orders are final unless received damaged. To get authorization on a damaged order email us at juliesclaycreations.com. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or packing list with a reason for the return. Upon receipt of the damaged goods we will credit your order. SHIPPING METHOD: All orders are shipped ground USPS unless requested otherwise with shipping and handling costs based on USPS cost guidelines. SHIPPING COST: All orders over $50 receive FREE shipping. PAYMENT: We accept Personal Checks or Money Orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept C.O.D. Orders. DOCUMENTATION: An invoice will be included in the order with a special order number. Please use this number for all communications. PRICES: Prices are subject to change at any time. We attempt to maintain low prices so that our craft is available at a reasonable price to our customers. There will be no change in price once an order is placed.
